Tip of the Month, September 2013: What’s Your Healthy?


Fitness Magazine* (@FitnessMagazine) and Aetna* (@Aetna) are hosting a Twitter chat this Thursday, 9/12/13 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. EST, asking the Twitter-sphere, “What’s your healthy?” Healthy means different things to different people — and they want to hear what yours is.

This is a great opportunity for the public to be part of a national conversation on what it means to be “healthy” with leading experts.
